Red Bull Air Race

Had a great afternoon meeting up with Mel, Clint, Jamie, Melissa and Xavier on the South Perth Foreshore.  I was keen to try out the 400 f5.6 lens that i’d hired from Gerry Gibbs.  Really happy with the results so far. 

Haiphong Road

This shot was taken on our recent holiday in Hong Kong.  Patience and timing are definitely required because the streets are always so busy.

Hong Kong Parade

Just got back from a week’s holiday in Hong Kong.  Had a fantastic time but only managed a few photos.  There’s so many amazing places to photograph but trying to find a location without millions of people seems to be impossible.  This image was taken with my new lens.  After much negotiation, I ended up buying a Sigma 70-200 f2.8.  Was very anxious to see what quality images i’d get from it but so far I’ve been extremely happy.

Castle Rock

Another image from our weekend away.  This was taken on our first evening in Dunsborough.  It was really windy and the water was fairly rough so I had a few stitching issues with the water.  I think they’re fixed now.

Here’s another shot from our weekend down south.  This was a stacked 8 image stitch.  Pretty happy with the way it turned out.
